Terms of Service

1. The service

Odeta is a virtual try-on service: it generates images that show how a garment might look on you, based on your photos and garment images from marketplace links or your own uploads. The Service is provided via the website, web app, Telegram and VK mini apps, and desktop app.

Generated images are illustrations produced by AI. They are approximations of appearance, not a guarantee of how a real garment will look, fit, or feel. Always check the seller's size chart and return policy before buying.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. You sign in with email or a supported third-party account (Google, Apple, Telegram, VK).

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Credits and wallet

Generations in the Service are paid in credits: 1 credit = 1 try-on. New accounts receive 2 free credits. Credits can be purchased in packs or received each billing period with a subscription. Credits do not expire while your account is active, but they are not transferable and have no cash value.

If a try-on fails because of our error, the credit is returned to your wallet automatically. This is the only automatic refund; everything else is governed by the Refund Policy.

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions grant a credit allowance for each billing period (monthly or longer). Renewal is manual: to continue, you pay for the next period in the app — we do not charge you automatically. You can cancel at any time in the app; cancellation simply means you will not renew, and the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. The current paid period is not refunded, except where required by law (see the Refund Policy).

5. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by third-party providers — Paddle, ЮKassa, or Telegram Stars, depending on your platform and region. Prices are shown before purchase and may be displayed in your local currency at checkout.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Upload photos you have no right to use, or photos of other people without their consent.
• Upload unlawful, defamatory, or explicit content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Reverse-engineer, overload, or scrape the Service, or abuse the product-link parser, including automated bulk parsing.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Intellectual property

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service to you. Generated try-on images are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.

Product images fetched from marketplace links remain the property of their respective rights holders. You are responsible for having the right to use any garment image you upload yourself.

8. AI-generated content

AI outputs can be inaccurate or contain artifacts: proportions, fabric behavior, and details may differ from reality. The Service does not provide styling, sizing, or purchase advice, and we are not responsible for decisions you make based on generated images.

9. Availability

The Service is evolving: features may change, and third-party providers (AI processing, marketplaces, payment systems) may affect availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and may suspend the Service for maintenance or for violations of these terms.

10. Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or purchase decisions based on generated images.

Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. On termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of [jurisdiction of the legal entity — to be specified before publication], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

13. Changes and contact
