How realistic are the results?+
The AI preserves your face, pose, and background, and drapes the garment on your body. Results are photorealistic for most tops, bottoms, and one-pieces — complex layers and accessories can be less precise.
What happens to my photos?+
Your photos are stored in private cloud storage, visible only to you, and used solely to render your try-ons. You can delete any photo at any time — it is removed permanently.
What is a credit?+
One credit pays for one try-on. If a try-on fails on our side, the credit is refunded to your wallet automatically.
Which stores can I paste links from?+
Major marketplaces like Wildberries and Ozon have dedicated parsers; most other stores work through our universal product parser. If a link can't be parsed, you can always upload a garment photo instead.
Can I get a refund?+
Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Spent credits and active subscription periods are non-refundable — but failed try-ons never cost you anything.
